Terms of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) are the terms and conditions on which UK Flower Walls Ltd (“we”, “us” or “UK Flower Walls”) provides products to you. Your purchase of products from us through this website or via any other method (e.g. telephone or email) is subject to these Terms of Sale. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service

We pride ourselves on supplying high-quality artificial floral products with excellent service. Our standard retail operating hours are 8am–6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Order Process

Orders can be placed via our website using credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, ApplePay and GooglePay, or by contacting us directly for alternative order payment methods. Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of payment (“Confirmation Email”). A contract between you and us is formed only once payment has been received. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and notify us immediately of any errors in your order.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. While we offer a catalogue of designs, each item is created individually and may involve variations in materials, construction or optional customisation. As such, all products are considered made-to-order and personalised in nature. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty.

Prices & Payment

As of October 2025, we do not charge VAT. Prices include free UK delivery unless otherwise stated. For international orders, delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed separately. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before proceeding with your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As all products are made to order, cancellations or amendments must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production may have commenced and we reserve the right to refuse cancellations or offer only a partial refund.

Production & Delivery

Production and delivery timeframes vary by product and are provided on individual product pages or upon quotation. These timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to change.

International Delivery

For orders delivered outside of the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
We always aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes. However, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to international shipping delays, customs processing, port congestion, courier disruptions, supplier delays, or global events such as natural disasters, pandemics or acts of war. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change in such circumstances.

Impact of Delays
Where delays occur due to circumstances outside of our control, this does not entitle the customer to cancel their order, refuse delivery, or claim a refund. Production and fulfilment will continue and delivery will be completed as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery & Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate delivery details are provided and that access is available at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information or missed deliveries.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products will not pass until full payment has been received in cleared funds.

Returns & Faults

The following products are eligible for return: Telescopic Pole Frame, Artificial Tree Branches and 1.8m Artificial Tree. To return an eligible product, customers must notify us within 2 days of receipt and items must be returned within 7 days, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Faulty items or items damaged in transit must be reported with photographic evidence within 2 days of receipt.

Product Use & Suitability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their intended use and environment. We are not liable for issues arising from misuse, incorrect installation or unsuitable conditions.

Installation

Many of our products are designed for simple self-installation, with guidance available upon request. Where installation is carried out by the customer, we accept no liability for any damage caused during the installation process.

Where professional installation by MFWC is agreed at an additional cost, customers must ensure that the installation area is accessible, clear and suitable for the agreed works at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to amend or abort installation if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Whilst we take all reasonable care during installation, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, structural issues or any damage resulting from factors outside of our control, including wall composition, fixings, or site conditions. Any specific requirements must be communicated to us in advance of installation.

Fire Safety

Artificial flower and foliage products are not fire-retardant unless specified. A professional fire retardant treatment service, with certification, can be arranged following installation at an additional cost. For commercial use of electrical items, PAT testing is recommended prior to installation.

UV Treatment

Artificial flower and foliage products are not UV protected. We recommend installation out of direct, prolonged sunlight or applying a UV protection spray for permanent outdoor installations.

Visual Representation & Product Variation

We aim to display products as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary depending on lighting and screens. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, arrangement or finish may occur and do not constitute a fault.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, profits or event-related losses.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
